Motorola Edge 60’s battery size has been revealed through MIIT certification in China. To recall, the Edge 60, spotted with model number XT2505-1, appeared in the UAE’s TDRA certification last month. The same device has now surfaced in CMIIT’s database, revealing its rated battery capacity.

At the same time, a mysterious Motorola wireless earphone with model number XT2545-1 has received approval from certification platforms such as the FCC and TUV. Additionally, a new Motorola tablet with model number XT2571-1 has been approved in India. While these devices are expected to launch soon, there is no information available about their final marketing names. Here’s a look at the details that have emerged about both devices.

Motorola Edge 60 battery size revealed

  • The Motorola Edge 60’s Chinese variant with model number XT2505-4 has appeared in MIIT’s database, revealing a 5,335mAh rated battery capacity.
  • This suggests that its typical value could be 5,500mAh. In comparison, the Motorola Edge 40, released last year, packed a smaller 5,000mAh battery.
  • The other specifications of the smartphone remain under wraps. However, a recent leak revealed that it will arrive with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage. It is likely to come in shades like Gibraltar Sea Blue and Shamrock Green.
  • Speaking of MIIT certification, the mysterious Motorola phone with model number XT2507-1, which was approved by the FCC last month, has also received MIIT’s approval in China. The MIIT listing reveals that its Chinese variant has the XT2507-5 model number.
  • The FCC certification revealed that the device features a 6,600mAh battery with 90W charging. The CMIIT certification further supports this, listing a 5,820mAh rated battery capacity, indicating that its typical value could be 6,000mAh.
