Oppo has confirmed that it will launch the Oppo K12s on April 22 in China. The said phone, which bears the PLD110 model number, was spotted at China’s TENAA and 3C certifications in the past few weeks. Now, we have spotted the Geekbench listing of the device ahead of its launch.
Recently, the brand confirmed that it will unveil the Oppo K13 on April 21 in India. It appears that the same phone will be rebranded as the Oppo K12s for the Chinese market. Here’s a look at the details that have emerged through the Geekbench listing of the K12s.
Oppo K12s Geekbench listing
- The Oppo K12s (PLD110) that has been spotted on Geekbench features a Qualcomm chip that comprises a 2.30GHz prime core, three performance cores working at 2.21GHz, and four efficiency cores operating at 1.80GHz. The chipset includes Adreno 810 for graphics.
- These details confirm that the Oppo K12s is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4. Additionally, the listing reveals that it has 12GB of RAM and Android 15 onboard.
- The phone scored 1018 points in the single-core test and 3133 points in the multi-core test.
Oppo K12s specifications (expected)
- As per the TENAA listing, the Oppo K12s will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display that possibly supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
- The device packs a 7,000mAh battery (6,820mAh rated value). Its 3C certification has revealed that it may ship with an 80W charger.
- It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system.
- The TENAA listing also mentions that the K12s is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster.
Oppo CPH2729 bags BIS certification
- An upcoming Oppo phone with CPH2729 has received BIS certification in India.
- Previously, the device was spotted on Geekbench with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip, 8GB of RAM, and Android 15.
- Unfortunately, there is no information about the final marketing name of the device.
Coming back to the Oppo K12s, Oppo has confirmed that it will come in four configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. It will be available in shades like Star White, Rose Purple, and Prism Black.
