Mark Gurman from Bloomberg mentions that the iPhone SE 4 will be announced on February 11. In typical Apple style, the company has not confirmed any details yet. Apple is expected to do a quick announcement and product reveal on its website, instead of a dedicated event.
iPhone SE 4: Expected Price and Availability in India
The iPhone SE 4 is tipped to be priced at $500 in the United States. We can expect the Indian pricing to be around Rs 50,000. There’s a high chance that the iPhone SE 4 will be assembled in India, so we may witness an aggressive price on par with the global rates.
The iPhone SE 4 will be available across all regular platforms like Apple.com, Apple’s offline store, and Apple’s verified premium resellers. It can be available via other platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
iPhone SE 4: Specifications and Features (Rumoured)
The iPhone SE 4 is believed to feature a revamped design similar to the iPhone 14. It is expected to have flat edges with a metallic frame, along with thin bezels. The device is also said to leave behind the Touch ID and introduce Face ID. The phone is expected to feature thinner bezels for a modern look.
Some reports mention that the iPhone SE 4 could feature a Dynamic Island, while others say it will use a notch to house the Face ID. In either case, the iPhone SE 4 will get an edge-to-edge screen with no bottom chin. However, the refresh rate is said to be limited to 60Hz.

A few weeks back, leaked images of a dummy model of the iPhone SE 4 surfaced online. It revealed an iPhone 14-like design, similar to what we have been hearing in the leaks. The photos also suggest that the phone could be limited to a single rear camera. The iconic mute switch is expected to be retained, and the USB-C port is set to take over the lighting port. We may also see the Capture Button, which will be taken from the iPhone 16 series.
The iPhone SE 4 is also expected to come with Apple Intelligence features. The device is rumoured to be powered by the Apple A18 chip, which also powers the iPhone 16 models. If true, it will be the most affordable Apple product where users can experience generative AI.
As per renowned Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, there is a slight possibility that the iPhone SE 4 could feature an in-house 5G modem. However, the project has faced significant challenges, and there’s very little clarity on this aspect, compared to other changes we expect from the upcoming iPhone.
