The Samsung Galaxy S25 Series, featuring the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25, and Galaxy S25+ was recently launched in India. Samsung opened up the pre-order gates for these phones on January 23. The eldest sibling, the Galaxy S25 Ultra goes through some design changes, but the major highlight of the S25 series is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite inside all the phones. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Series comes with multiple RAM and storage options, but here’s a quick look at their starting prices below. The Galaxy S25 and S25+ will come with 12GB RAM instead of 8GB RAM, like last year.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Pre-Order Benefits in India
Samsung has announced that customers opting for the Galaxy S25 Ultra can get pre-order benefits worth Rs 21,000. This includes a storage variant bump, which will essentially get you a 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant at the price of 12GB RAM and 256GB. The former is priced at Rs 1,41,999, while the latter will cost you Rs 1,29,999. Essentially saving you Rs 12,000. Moreover, Samsung also has a cashback of Rs 7,000 if you opt for no-cost EMI for nine months. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is also available in a 1TB storage variant option which will cost you Rs 1,65,999.
As for the Galaxy S25+, customers can get benefits worth Rs 12,000 which will allow them to get a similar deal as the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This means that you will get a 12GB RAM and 512GB variant at the same price of 12GB RAM and 256GB variant. Galaxy S25 pre-order customers will get benefits worth Rs 11,000 as well as Rs 7,000 cashback with a nine-month no-cost EMI option, similar to that of the S25 Ultra.
