Vivo V50 Lite Google Play Console listing has been spotted. The listing has not only revealed the key specifications of the device but also its design for the very first time. Interestingly, it is not the 5G version that has emerged on certification platforms in the recent past but the 4G edition.
To make things clear, the Vivo V50 Lite 5G has the V2440 model number, whereas the V50 Lite (4G) has the V2441 model number. Both devices have already passed the FCC certification. These developments suggest that, just as the company released the Vivo V40 Lite in 5G and 4G versions last year, this year too, the brand will launch the V50 Lite in 5G and 4G editions.
Vivo V50 Lite 4G design
Like the Vivo V40 Lite from last year, the Vivo V50 Lite sports a vertical dual-camera setup, which is followed by a squircle Aura LED flash. The only noticeable difference is that the top camera module appears larger than the previous generation. The front side appears to be the same as before, as it seems to be equipped with a curved-edge OLED panel fitted with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It is likely that the 5G version of the device will also sport a nearly identical design.
Vivo V50 Lite specifications (rumoured)
The Vivo V50 Lite’s Google Play Console listing reveals that it could be powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset. The screen supports a resolution of 1080 x 2392 pixels, and the device runs on Android 15. Lastly, the listing reveals that it is equipped with 8 GB of RAM.
The previously seen FCC certification of the Vivo V50 Lite (4G) has revealed that it will pack a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging. It also confirmed that the device will feature 256 GB of built-in storage.
Vivo Y29s 5G GCF certified
Vivo is also working on an entry-level 5G phone dubbed the Vivo Y29s 5G. The device, which bears the V2446 model number and was previously spotted at certification platforms like SGS Fimko and TDRA, has now received approval from the GCF authority. Unfortunately, the certificate has not revealed any information about the specifications of the device. This, yet another certification, suggests that its launch is drawing near.
