An upcoming Oppo tablet has received approval from China’s 3C certification platform. The listing has only revealed the model number and the charging capabilities of the power brick that will ship with the tablet. A recent leak by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that Oppo plans to launch the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, a flagship tablet, alongside the Find X8 Ultra in April in China. Therefore, the tablet that has emerged in 3C’s database could be the Pad 4 Pro.

Last year, Oppo launched the Oppo Pad 3 and Pad 3 Pro in China. The Pro variant featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 was announced in October 2024, whereas the standard model equipped with the Dimensity 8350 went official a month later. Here’s a look at what to expect from the alleged Oppo Pad 4 Pro.

Alleged Oppo Pad 4 Pro 3C certfied in China

As seen in the above screengrab, a forthcoming Oppo tablet with OPD2409 model number has been certified by the 3C authority in China. Since cellular connectivity is not mentioned in the listing, it appears it could be the Wi-Fi-only version of the purported Pad 4 Pro.

The listing further reveals that the device may ship with a VCB8OACH power adapter, potentially supporting up to 80W rapid charging. To recall, the Pad 3 and Pad 3 Pro supported 67W fast charging. The 3C certification suggests that the successor edition may arrive with faster 80W charging support.

Oppo Pad 4 Pro specifications: What’s known so far?

With around a month remaining until the launch, the rumour mill is expected to reveal more information about the tablet in the coming days.
