Nothing Phone (2a) Receives Price Drop Ahead of Phone (3a) Launch

Highlights

  • Nothing Phone (2a) gets its lowest-ever price on Flipkart, now available for Rs 19,999 with bank offers.
  • Exchange offers can bring the price down further, making it a solid budget choice before the Phone (3a) launches.

Nothing is gearing up to launch its next mid-range smartphone, the Phone (3a), on March 4. However, ahead of that, its predecessor, the Phone (2a), is selling at its lowest-ever price on Flipkart. But how much is the discount, and does it make sense to buy a year-old mid-range smartphone, especially with its successor launching in less than a month? Let’s find out.

Nothing Phone (2a) Deal on Flipkart

The Phone (2a) originally costs Rs 25,999 but is currently listed at Rs 21,999. On top of that, customers using HDFC, SBI, or HSBC credit cards can avail of an additional discount of up to Rs 2,000, bringing the price down to Rs 19,999—its lowest-ever price.

Additionally, customers can opt for an exchange offer, which provides up to Rs 20,050, by trading in an old smartphone. However, this amount varies based on the device’s model and condition, meaning the final exchange value will differ for everyone.

Nothing Phone (2a) Specifications

The Nothing Phone (2a) features a 6.7-inch display with a 1080×2412 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a dual rear camera setup with two 50-megapixel cameras and a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies. The Phone runs on Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.5 and comes with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC and is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging.

Should You Buy the Nothing Phone (2a) in 2025?

If you’re looking for a budget smartphone with a unique design, reliable performance, good cameras, and a clean UI and don’t want to spend over Rs 20,000, then the Phone (2a) is still a solid option in 2025—even with its successor just days away.

However, if you’re comfortable spending a little more, we recommend waiting for the upcoming Phone (3a). It is expected to offer better cameras, performance, and additional features.
