Oppo A5i Pro has received NBTC certification in Thailand. Before appearing at NBTC, the smartphone was spotted at Indonesia’s TKDN certification in February and Europe’s EEC authority in January. These certifications indicate that the smartphone is slowly inching towards its launch.
In Thailand, Oppo is already offering the Oppo A5 Pro (4G) and Oppo A5 Pro (5G). These devices are powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 (4G) and the Dimensity 6300, respectively. The upcoming A5i Pro could be a cheaper or toned-down version of the A5 Pro (4G).
Oppo A5i Pro (4G) NBTC certified

- The above image reveals that the upcoming Oppo A5i Pro has been approved by Thailand’s NBTC authority.
- The certification confirms its model number as CPH2755.
- It also reveals that it is a 4G LTE device, indicating that it could be a variant of the existing A5i Pro (4G).
- Unfortunately, the NBTC listing has no information about the core specifications of the A5i Pro.
Oppo A5 Pro (4G) specifications
- The Oppo A5 Pro has a 6.67-inch AMOLED HD+ 90Hz screen with Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
- It has an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system.
- The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 (4G) and a 5,800mAh battery with 45W charging.
- The device comes with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB / 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage.
- The A5 Pro comes with other features, such as ColorOS 15-based Android 15, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, NFC, and dual speakers.
If the Oppo A5i Pro ends up being a toned-down version of the A5 Pro, it is likely that the device may offer 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. However, before drawing any conclusions, it is advisable to wait for further reports.
