Highlights

  • Upcoming Oppo phone with model number PLB110 has appeared in Geekbench’s database.
  • It is found to be equipped with the forthcoming Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset.
  • The Oppo PLB110 could be the Find X8s or Find X8s+ phone.

Update: The Oppo PKT110 variant has also appeared with the Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, 16GB of RAM, and Android 15 on Geekbench.

Original story follows…

MediaTek is expected to announce the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset in April. This chipset is said to operate at 3.7GHz, making it an overclocked version of the existing Dimensity 9400, which runs at 3.25GHz. The Oppo Find X8s and Find X8s+, set to launch on April 11, will be the first smartphones to feature this new chipset. Now, we have spotted one of these two devices on Geekbench, revealing the chipset’s specifications along with its benchmarking scores for the first time.

Additionally, the Find X8 Ultra Satellite Communication Version, carrying the model number PKU110, has also appeared on Geekbench. This isn’t its first appearance on the platform—earlier this week, the regular edition with model number PKJ110 was also listed. These Geekbench sightings suggest that Oppo could be internally testing the performance of the upcoming X8 series ahead of its official launch.

Oppo Find X8s / Find X8s Geekbench listing

  • Recently, two upcoming Oppo phones with model numbers PKT110 and PLB110 received approval from Chinese certification platforms such as 3C and MIIT.
  • While these devices are part of the upcoming Find X8 series, it remains unclear which model number corresponds to the Find X8s and Find X8s+.
  • For those unfamiliar, the Find X8s is an entirely new compact phone featuring a 3-inch display, while the Find X8s+ comes with a 6.6-inch screen and serves as an incremental upgrade over the Find X8, which debuted in October 2024. As mentioned earlier, both devices are expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset.
  • As seen in the Geekbench screenshots, the Oppo PLB110 has been spotted with a MediaTek chipset identified as “k6991v1_64.”
  • The chip features one prime core clocked at 3.73GHz, three performance cores running at 3.30GHz, and four efficiency cores operating at 2.40GHz. The source code of the listing also reveals the Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12 GPU.
  • While these specifications align with the Dimensity 9400, the higher prime core clock speed suggests that the phone is equipped with the newer and overclocked Dimensity 9400 Plus
  • The Geekbench listing further reveals that the Oppo PLB110 is equipped with 16GB of RAM and Android 15. In the single-core test, the device scored 2770 points, and it achieved 8500 points in the multi-core test. It is advisable to wait for further reports to know whether the model number PLB110 is associated with the X8s or X8s+.
