Poco F7 Ultra’s Geekbench AI listing has been spotted. Recent reports have claimed that the Poco F7 series will be unveiled later this month for the global market. The appearance of the Geekbench listing suggests that the brand could be internally testing the AI performance of the device before its launch.
Reports have revealed that the Poco F7 lineup will include three models: the Poco F7, F7 Pro, and F7 Ultra. The Pro and Ultra models are said to be rebranded versions of the China-exclusive Redmi K80 and K80 Pro, which went official in November 2024. The Poco F7, on the other hand, is expected to debut with the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Elite chip in the second quarter of this year. It goes without saying that the Ultra model could be the most powerful model in the series. Here is a look at the details that have emerged through its Geekbench AI listing.

- A new device labelled as “Xiaomi 24122RKC7G” has appeared in Geekbench AI’s database. The said device was spotted with the Poco F7 Ultra branding at the Indonesian SDPPI certification in January 2025. The letter “G” in the model number indicates that it is a global variant.
- The Poco F7 Ultra’s Geekbench AI listing reveals that it is powered by a Qualcomm chip that includes two prime CPU cores clocking at 4.32GHz and five performance CPU cores operating at 3.53GHz.
- The source code of the listing reveals the SoC is equipped with the Adreno 830 GPU.
- The CPU and GPU details are enough to state that the F7 Ultra is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
- The Geekbench AI listing also reveals it has 16 GB of RAM and runs on Android 15.
- The Geekbench AI scores suggest the Poco F7 Ultra prioritizes AI processing efficiency with optimized models (quantized score) rather than solely focusing on maximizing raw AI processing power (single and half-precision scores).

Considering that the Poco F7 Ultra will be a rebadged version of the Redmi K80 Pro, it is expected to feature a 6.67-inch flat OLED panel that offers a 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device will run on HyperOS 2.0-based Android 15.
Under the hood, the F7 Ultra may feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, up to 16 GB of RAM, up to 1 TB of storage, and a massive 6,000mAh battery. The device is expected to support 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
For selfies, the F7 Ultra may feature a 20-megapixel front camera. Its rear camera setup may include a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 32-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.
